My advise to you would be to look at this weight-loss routine as a new way of life - because, after all, losing this weight will change how you feel in yourself, how you look at yourself. If you think of it as a ‘quick-fix’, then it will literally be that. The weight will come off fast, and be put back on equally fast. If you take the weight-loss slowly (which is extremely infuriating at times!), the weight will stay off.
