To the girl who wants a more filling breakfast - Quaker makes "High Fiber" oatmeal that's only has 160 cals per pack and has 10 g of fiber. It keeps me full for about 5-6 hours on average, and both flavors (Cinnamon and Maple & Brown Sugar) are really delicious! :)
